🚨 Hot Water Slab Leak 🚨

Today, we helped one of our customers locate and repair a difficult hot water slab leak.

Fortunately, we were able to make the repair by removing the customer’s vanity and tunneling inside the bathroom, avoiding unnecessary damage to their hardwood flooring.

Today we performed a sewer camera inspection—and thankfully we did!

The inspection revealed that the sewer line needs to be jetted to restore proper drainage and may potentially need replacement.

A sewer camera inspection is so important when purchasing a home. The camera is designed to travel through the sanitary sewer system, allowing us to identify issues such as breaks, blockages, and tree-root intrusion that may not be visible during a standard home inspection.

Once we identify a problem, we can also locate the affected area and provide estimates for necessary repairs or replacement.

New install! 🚧 We’re installing a grinder pump system on this project. With tight access at this customer’s property, we ran the sewer to the grinder pump and traditionally excavated the trench from the pump all the way to the curb stop.

🚰 Slab Leak Locate & Cast-Iron Repair

We recently performed a slab leak locate and found a split in the bottom of a cast-iron line. After pinpointing the problem area, we’re replacing a 2-inch cast-iron line running from the kitchen sink through the bathroom to get everything back in proper working order.
