We just wrapped up this stunning 2,800 sq ft build sitting on private acreage—and it turned out incredible.

The subtle green exterior perfectly blends with the tall pines, while the white stone adds the perfect contrast to make this home truly stand out. Every selection in this home was intentional, and it shows.

From the bold wallpaper and color drenching to the custom light fixtures, plumbing selections, and that beautiful trough sink—this client brought their vision to life in the best way possible.

One step that often gets overlooked in home building is proper soil compaction during site prep.

Before any pad goes down, the ground has to be stable. If the soil isn’t compacted correctly, it can lead to settling, cracking slabs, and foundation issues down the road.

We went out and ran compaction on this new custom build, and everything checked out great. Now we’ll give it a little time to dry out and pack in tight before bringing in the pad dirt.

Building a solid home starts below the foundation. Taking the extra time during site prep makes all the difference in the long run.
