Today we’re pouring the front porch, and it’s exciting to see another major milestone come together. Every step brings this home closer to the finished product, and we can’t wait to see the final result.

Progress is happening all across our job sites! 🏡

We currently have three homes, each in a different stage of framing:

• Home #1 – Roof trusses are going up.
• Home #2 – Windows are being installed today.
• Home #3 – Framing is complete, and we’re getting the shingles on.

Every stage is carefully planned to keep each project moving efficiently and ensure we’re always ready for the next step. That’s how we keep our builds on schedule and maintain quality from start to finish.

A few updates from Juniper Hills! 🏡🚧

We’re finally able to get rolling on framing, and it’s exciting to see some real progress happening. We poured 2 slabs today and are already setting forms for an upcoming custom home.

The weather definitely hasn’t been doing us any favors lately, but we’re pushing through and looking forward to seeing these homes start coming out of the ground. There’s still a lot of work ahead, but it’s great to finally be moving in the right direction.
