Throwback to this rooftop pool project we completed in Philadelphia a couple years ago for one of our commercial builder partners in Pennsylvania.

Projects like this require a lot of coordination between trades. Working several stories above the street in the middle of a busy city brings its own challenges with logistics, staging, and scheduling. When the builder and subcontractors are communicating well and everyone shows up prepared, the job runs smoothly and the results speak for themselves.
