We recently completed the renovation of a vacant commercial building along Highway 100 in West Allis for CD One Price Cleaners!

The 5,925-square-foot project gave the existing building a completely new look and feel, with a new façade, more glass, better natural light, and an open interior that lets customers see more of the operation.

It was a great opportunity to take an underused property and give it a new purpose and a much stronger presence along the corridor!

Project Complete | FMC Middleton

This recently completed project consisted of a 10,073 SF tenant buildout within an existing multi-tenant building. The clinic includes 12 in-center dialysis stations with space for 4 future stations, 4 home training rooms, and 4 TCU stations.

The design features a treatment room filled with natural light, along with spaces for administration, private offices, storage, and water treatment to support daily operations.

A great team effort all around. Special thanks to for helping bring this project to life!
