Project Complete | FMC Middleton

This recently completed project consisted of a 10,073 SF tenant buildout within an existing multi-tenant building. The clinic includes 12 in-center dialysis stations with space for 4 future stations, 4 home training rooms, and 4 TCU stations.

The design features a treatment room filled with natural light, along with spaces for administration, private offices, storage, and water treatment to support daily operations.
