• Excellent customer service skills, ability to effectively troubleshoot and communicate solutions to customers.
• Have own industry related tools.
• Valid drivers license, D-1, D-2, S-1or S-2 license.
• Ability to accurately access and diagnose HVAC problems.
• Experience in residential HVAC including maintenance, repair and equipment installation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to assist co-workers.
• Demonstrate willingness to expand knowledge through company provided training.
