What a transformation! This garage received a fresh new look with Loon FB-966 ¼” flake. 🔥

Only 2 years old… and it had to come out. 😳

Water damage caused this to fail —LVP was installed over an existing tile floor. We removed both layers, prepped concrete, and transformed the space with our Armadillo full-chip system.

➡️ Waterproof
➡️ Durable
➡️ Easy to clean
➡️ Built for years of heavy use

Sometimes the best solution isn’t another vinyl floor—it’s upgrading to a floor that’s made to last.

People ask us all the time: “It’s brand-new concrete, so it should be easier, right?”

Not exactly.

Whether the concrete is brand new or 30 years old, our prep process stays the same. Proper surface preparation is the foundation of a long-lasting floor coating, and we don’t cut corners.

✔️ Diamond grinding
✔️ Crack & joint repair as needed
✔️ Premium coating systems installed to last

This newly poured floor received the same attention to detail as every project we complete.

The coating is only as good as the prep beneath it.

🚨 BIG NEWS! 🚨

We’re excited to announce that Total Epoxy Systems has expanded to the Black Hills!

This new chapter is especially meaningful to us because our son, Austin, a United States Marine veteran, and his best friend, also a Marine veteran, have taken the lead on serving customers on the west side of South Dakota. Their work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence make them the perfect team to carry the Total Epoxy name into the Black Hills and beyond.

What started as a family business continues to grow, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the support we’ve received across South Dakota.

Whether you’re looking for garage floors, basements or commercial spaces, we’re ready to help create beautiful, durable epoxy floors across all of South Dakota and surrounding states.
