Take a closer look at this Gem! Do you recognize what it is? It's a sanitas trap, a rare plumbing feature only found in older homes like this St. Paul house built over 130 years ago. While it operates similarly to an S-trap, it requires a specific connection part that we had difficulty finding. However, we successfully cleared it out. And gave them the name of the part to call other plumbing companies to find the part.
