We are thrilled to announce that Meshberg Group has received ASID Florida South Design Excellence Awards in two interior design categories for our team’s design of AMLI Wynwood.
The lobby, amenity lounge, and model apartment reflect a design concept that captures the energy of Wynwood’s vibrant creative culture through a more refined and elevated residential experience. The transition from the street marks a distinct shift in tone, moving from the neighborhood’s vivid rhythm into an atmosphere defined by material richness, layered texture, and contemporary sophistication.
Concrete, steel, dichroic accents, and warm wood tones shape the material palette, balanced by precise detailing and a strong sense of continuity throughout the interiors. Custom millwork, curated furnishings, and an integrated approach to ceilings and flooring reinforce the architectural language while creating moments of depth and craftsmanship.
Rather than replicate Wynwood’s visual intensity, the design reframes it, distilling the neighborhood’s character into a spatial experience that feels expressive, immersive, and distinctly modern.
