Hot off the press! Our November 23 Volunteer Hours are posted and ready to go!

Help us prep the beds, get our cold weather crops in, and many other fun farm tasks!

Come for as little, or as long as you would like!

Please ensure you bring a refillable water bottle, weather and activity appropriate clothing, and a sunscreen and bug spray.

Garlic is just one of those things that makes nearly EVERY meal just that much better!
Raw, sautéed, and oven roasted are some of the ways to incorporate the rich flavor of garlic in to virtually anything you're making.
You can plant some leftover cloves indoors to snip off the tops for garnishes and salads throughout its growth and if you have some space outdoors, get those seed-grade cloves in the ground late fall/early winter to harvest some full sized bulbs in the summer!
Featured is an easy roasted garlic recipe that I use for literally everything. It just warms up my soul on a cold day like today.
