Roof caved in so the following has been taken into action:
✅Removal of all shingles and rotted wood
✅Reinforced the beams
✅Installed new wood strips
✅Installed 3/4 inch plywood
✅Applied one layer of SBS Cap rubber membrane on the valley between the two roofs
✅Applied one layer of ice and water shield
✅Applied one layer of Timberline HDZ shingle on the entire roof
✅Applied new fascia wood
✅Installed new gutters
✅Painted the fascia white
✅Applied 3 layers of white thorocoat inside the garage walls and ceiling
