The series finale of P***y Brewster aired on this day in 1988. The final episode titled, "Wedding Bells for Brandon", focuses on P***y throwing a backyard wedding for her beloved Golden Retriever, Brandon.

This episode was not originally written to serve as the series finale. It was filmed during the 1988 Writers Guild of America strike, and the actors only learned the show was permanently canceled after production had wrapped.

The final moments of the series features a special look-back photograph of the main cast and guest stars displayed on screen.
