Just wrapped up an amazing project in the beautiful landmark district of Ditmas Park, Brooklyn! We had the pleasure of restoring an old colonial-style home to its former glory. Our team started by meticulously washing the entire house, followed by making necessary repairs, including replacing some of the cedar shakes. Every detail was carefully attended to, ensuring that the home’s historical charm was preserved.

We then primed the entire house and applied two coats of paint, giving it a fresh, vibrant look. The transformation was truly incredible, and we’re thrilled with the results. But the best part? 🏚️👉🏠 Check out the before and afters of this exterior painting project we recently finished in Paek Slope, Brooklyn. Painting the exterior of your home in Park Slope or any area of Brooklyn always comes with certain nuances.
This project took extra planning and coordination with the residential building on one side and the commercial properties on the other side. What was necessary for this to be completed was coordination with multiple moving parts.

A week before we started we got together with the lovely couple who just had a newborn baby to discuss colors. We applied two different samples of light colors and two different samples of dark colors for them to look at.
If you’ve worked with me or my team in the past, you know the ongoing joke....
“you do the hard part and pick the color and we do everything else”
Our process started when we washed the entire house to get rid of any organic buildup before painting. One important aspect of painting the exterior of your home is to make sure that you give a complete prime and then topcoats. Needless to say, the family was over the moon with the results. Without even asking, we received a five-star review on our Google profile.

When we got a call to do a speak easy in NYC we were thrilled. This high gloss mirror like ceiling from really transforms this space. The owners of .ny wanted a chill exclusive vibe with a touch of elegance. The folks came in to put the rest of the space together and just like that it all came together.

The labor for the ceiling is a labor of love. Our first step is to skim coat the entire space to a level 5 finish. After it's completely smooth we apply 2 coats of the best primer that Fine Paints of Europe has to offer. We sand in-between coats then carefully apply 2 top coats to achieve that mirror like finish. This high gloss ceiling uses Hollandlac Brilliant 98 made from the finest pigments the Netherlands has to offer.
