Job Duties:

Bookkeeping duties for multiple entities

-Submitting employee time sheets and expenses to payroll each week

-Working with bookkeeper to print and distribute weekly checks to vendors

-Assisting in the management of inventory control systems

-Working with executives to create reports to monitor production facilities

-Ordering office supplies

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required

- Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred

- Candidate must have 2+ years of college or work experience

- Candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and have good interpersonal skills
