Another complete exterior masonry transformation by Brick Tech Contracting Corp. This project involved rebuilding the front entrance of the house from the existing damaged condition through the final brick and granite finish.

Scope of Work:

•Demolished the old broken steps and damaged side walls
•Removed and disposed of all debris
•Prepared the structure for the new installation
•Installed galvanized metal decking
•Installed waterproofing membranes
•Rebuilt the steps and side walls with new brick masonry
•Installed new granite stone treads, landing, and coping stones
•Repointed and finished all new brickwork

Brick Tech Contracting Corp. recently completed a large sidewalk replacement project in Flatbush, Brooklyn, covering approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of sidewalk area.

Project Scope Included:
• Demolition of the existing broken and deteriorated sidewalk
• Removal and disposal of all concrete debris from the job site
• Cleaning and preparation of the sidewalk base before new concrete installation
• Installation of welded wire mesh reinforcement for added strength
• Installation of new expansion joints throughout the sidewalk
• Installation of forms to maintain proper sidewalk lines and elevations
• Placement of 4,000 PSI ready-mix concrete
• Proper leveling and finishing of the new concrete surface
• Professional broom finish for improved traction and a clean appearance
• Installation and finishing of sidewalk control joints
• Caulking of expansion joints after concrete placement
• Reconstruction of the ADA pedestrian curb ramp
• Installation of a new detectable warning / bubble pad at the curb ramp
• Final cleanup of the work area

Another full exterior restoration project completed by Brick Tech Contracting Corp. Our crew restored the entire front facade from the brickwork and brownstone details all the way up to the decorative cornice.

Scope of Work Completed:

✅ Removed the existing paint from the entire brick facade using professional paint-stripping methods

✅ Thoroughly power washed the complete facade to remove dirt, residue, and loose material

✅ Grinded out deteriorated mortar joints throughout the brickwork

✅ Completed full brick pointing/repointing with new mortar for a cleaner, stronger finish
✅ Repaired deteriorated and damaged brownstone window sills

✅ Restored the lower brownstone facade and decorative stone sections

✅ Repaired and refinished the brownstone lintels above the windows
