Happy New Year! We have exiting news to share - WE HAVE MOVED!

What’s the same: We’re still in DUMBO Brooklyn, just seven blocks away from our old office.

What’s new: Our amazing view of the downtown Manhattan skyline.

In 2024, we are looking forward to taking on new challenges and continuing to provide high quality architecture services to our clients!

Custom millwork to match existing historic features in a Crown Heights townhouse~ Couldn't be more pleased with the results. 😀 Shout outs to our client and the millworker for an amazing collaboration! The dog seems to have enjoyed it too! 🐶

It's been a pleasure working with different fabrics for the upholstery in this project~ 3 benches 3 different looks! to this townhouse renovation~ This project is about creating large window openings to build strong connection between interior and exterior. We used custom metal framing on the facade to highlight the clean lines and geometry of the building.

Is it possible to use paint to mimic natural stone? According to the Venetian painter - MJ Melo, it is! 👩‍🎨Are you able to tell which surface is natural stone and which is painted from the photos below? Incredible artistry and a big thumbs up to the G.C. - Folor Inc. for making this happen! 👍👍👍
