Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp. completed a traditional cement stucco installation on the entire rear wall of this Canarsie home, creating a clean, refined exterior with added weather protection.

Our team installed galvanized wire mesh across the entire rear wall, followed by one cement stucco scratch coat and one smooth cement stucco finish coat for a consistent, elegant appearance.

To complete the project, we applied one coat of Thorocoat waterproofing paint in the customer’s chosen color over the newly installed stucco, helping protect the exterior against moisture and weather exposure.

Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp. recently completed this brick façade restoration in the heart of the Upper East Side, combining careful masonry repairs, protective waterproofing, and freshly painted metalwork for an elegant exterior finish.

Our team gently power washed the entire front façade, completed minor spot pointing, and repaired masonry cracks, holes, and deteriorated joints to prepare the surface for waterproofing.

We then applied one coat of Thorocoat waterproofing paint in the customer’s selected color, creating a clean, uniform appearance while helping protect the brickwork against moisture. All window perimeters were caulked to help seal potential water-entry points.

The fire escape and designated façade trim were carefully scraped, primed, and painted using Benjamin Moore and Rust-Oleum oil-based products, completing the classic cream-and-black finish.

🏙️ Rear Terrace Restoration Completed in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn

Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp. recently completed a challenging 240-square-foot rear terrace renovation in the heart of Dyker Heights, combining extensive demolition, new wood framing, and waterproofing with a refined porcelain paver finish.

Our team removed two layers of existing tile and approximately six inches of concrete that had placed excessive weight on the underlying beams and structure. Following demolition, we installed new pressure-treated wood beams and ¾-inch plywood decking to rebuild the terrace’s base.

We then installed a Blueskin waterproofing membrane to help protect the underlying construction against water intrusion, followed by exterior porcelain pavers for a clean, sophisticated finish.

Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp. recently completed a stucco/EIFS restoration and bulkhead waterproofing project at this Bushwick property, combining careful repairs with a clean, refined exterior finish.

Our team restored damaged stucco/EIFS sections, installed drip edges at the upper terminations, and sealed vulnerable joints, edges, penetrations, and transitions to help protect against water intrusion. A protective waterproof coating completed the restored exterior surfaces.

Hi Tech Contracting & Restoration Corp. recently completed rooftop waterproofing and masonry restoration at a landmark residential building in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn, New York.

Our team removed the outdated, crumbling, and leaking roofing system along the interior of the entire roof parapet walls. We installed a new Johns Manville roofing system, secured it with termination bars, and sealed all roof edges and penetrations.
