We are looking for Roofers with the following skills:
• Basic knowledge of all low-slope roof systems including: BUR, Single Ply (PVC & TPO), Torch down (Modified) and Cold Process (Modified)
• 3-5 years roofing experience for Mechanics
• Commercial roofing experience preferred (any experience will be considered)
• Must be able to travel to all jobsites as needed
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check to work on school premises
• Must be able to climb a ladder and could require lifting up to 80lbs. We are looking for Sheet metal mechanics with the following experience:
• Fab & Installing commercial gutters, downspouts, drip edge, counter flashing and gravelstop
• Must be able to travel to all jobsites as needed
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check to work on school premises
• Must be able to climb a ladder and could require lifting up to 80lbs. Company benefits:
