Our offices will be closed today in memory of our fallen soldiers who sacrificed everything for our freedom this Memorial Day. Plumbing never sleeps so emergency services will remain running. We hope everyone takes the time during this day to give thanks to our brave women and men who gave the ultimate sacrifice. God bless not only their memories but also their families this day 🇺🇸

Say hello to our customer of the month for October Maria Barile! We apologize for the waiting until the end of the month for this announcement but some issues arose during the work performed so we wanted to make sure our customer was taken care of and satisfied before posting! Maria has been a resident in our community since 2005 and is a mother of FIVE children. She has experienced a list of health issues that have put a financial burden on her and her family. She had been experiencing a leak in her bathroom from a faulty faucet so we were recommended to her to check out the situation. She was referred to us by another customer so after analyzing the situation and finding that a special order cartridge had failed we were happy to inform her that we would be ordering the part and performing the repairs at no charge. The part was ordered and installed as soon as arrived and we thought all was well. Unfortunately as luck would have it we were called back to the house because the leak had started again a few days later. The new cartridge provided was faulty so a new one had to be ordered. We are happy to say that 4 visits and cartridges replaced numerous times at no charge to Maria the leak has stopped and Maria and her family no longer have to deal with a leak. We strive to make sure our customers are satisfied with our work and will do whatever it takes to make sure our work lives up to the standards our owners have set in place. Say hello to our September customer of the Month Caroline! Caroline lives in New Port Richey and called us in a slight panic right as we were ready to start closing our office for the day because her toilet had backed up and she was afraid it was going to overflow. As we run 24hrs for emergency calls we assured her we’d still have a tech out to her home that day. We contacted Ed who was closest by her home and he went straight over and solved her issue. Caroline explained to Ed that this was an issue her husband would normally take care of but she had lost her husband and was trying to survive on Social Security alone. Now you all know how much we value family here at Major Plumbing so it was an easy decision to rather than charge our fee for an emergency call instead inform Caroline that this call was on the house as a thank you for her trusting our company and to help take just a little bit of the pressure of life off her for the day. Stay tuned next month for another customer of the month as we continue to strive to give back to a community that has given us so much!

CUSTOMER OF THE MONTH: Charles Webb

Hello to all of our friends, family and valued customers! Please let me introduce you to our customer of the month for August, Mr. Charles Webb. Mr. Webb called us out to service his water heater after it had stopped working following one of our famous Florida thunderstorms. Upon arrival our technician found the breaker had tripped during the storm. Rather than just flip a switch and walk away, Dennis III performed a full service on the heater checking all of the components including the elements and flushed the water heater to ensure it would not give Mr. Webb anymore issues. After spending a couple hours on site running a thorough inspection as his grandfather and father had taught him in this business he assured Mr. Webb that the heater was fully functioning and should not give him any worries in the near future. The conversation that followed by getting to know Mr. Webb made this an easy decision for our customer of the month and to offer Mr. Webb a free service for the day. Mr. Webb is not only a brave veteran of our country but also a survivor of cancer and had been at wits end trying to keep up with the recent unexpected maintenance of his home. It was our pleasure we to shake his hand, thank him for his service and inform him there would be no charge for service this day. For someone who has given so much it was an easy choice to give him this small bit of gratitude in return. Stay tuned next month to see which one of our neighbors gives us the chance to give back to our community in September!
