We love when a client comes to us with a clear vision—and even better when we get to bring that vision to life! 🙌

Alyce put her vision to paper, Maria handled the drawings and permitting, and Josh & his crew took it from there in Lake County. 💪

This project features a 20 x 36 x 14 carport with a 5:12 roof pitch, along with a 6 x 36 x 12 cantilever lean-to. A great example of how our team works together from the first idea all the way through the build!

We love a good LOCAL project! 🇺🇸 This Brooksville client came to us to enclose their existing 36 x 48 x 14 pole barn, and we got it done!

We added a 48' eave wall, framed for 4 roll-up doors (which will be installed soon), plus a 16 x 12 x 8 storage room with plywood interior.

And let’s talk about that color! 😍 This client chose 29ga Patina Green walls, giving the building a unique look while adding even more functionality.

We want to take a moment to recognize Affordable Buildings’ very own Anthony as he starts his Junior year of college today! 📚

We’re proud of all the hard work Anthony puts in both on the job, in the classroom, & on the basketball court. Balancing work and college is no easy task, and we’re excited to see all that he accomplishes!

🏗️ This project has been a long time coming! 🏗️
Thank you, Jimmie, for trusting Affordable Buildings to not only build this beauty, but also for trusting me, Maria, to handle the variance, obtain the demolition permit, and navigate the permitting process for this build. We truly appreciate your confidence in us!
This project features a 40' x 55' x 14' enclosed pole barn with a 6' x 42' cantilever lean-to, including:
🔹 (4) 12' x 12' roll-up doors
🔹 (2) entry doors
🔹 8" x 8" posts
🔹 14' bays
🔹 Ash Gray siding
🔹 Gray wainscot and trim
We also provided new concrete throughout, complete with lift pits and an apron, bringing this project together from the ground up.
Zach and Isaiah did an amazing job on this one—and they even managed to get the boss man to put in a little work! 😉💪
From the permits and demolition to the concrete and final build, this one truly took a team effort.
