Today's work took us to several different properties where we completed a variety of maintenance and improvement projects:

Looking to bring on 1–2 reliable people to help with ongoing rental property renovations.
Starting pay: $16–$22/hr (1099)
Experience is a plus, but not required.
If you’re willing to learn, show up, and work hard — I can teach you.
Work includes: • Flooring (LVP install)
• Drywall repair / patching
• Painting
• Basic carpentry
• Full unit turns (kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)
Most of our work is rental unit renovations, so every job is a little different.
What I’m looking for: • Shows up on time
• Good attitude and willing to learn
• Works hard without constant supervision
• Takes pride in the work
Requirements: • Must have reliable transportation
• Basic tools are a plus (not required to start)
• Ready to work — no excuses
This is physical work — not for someone looking to just “try it out.”

Small upgrades can make a big difference.

This job in Troy included a laundry room and two small bathroom areas that needed updated flooring

Nothing major just clean, simple updates that make the space feel refreshed and maintained.

Not every project has to be a full remodel to be worth doing right.

Englewood job
kitchen/dining room floor.

Old peel-and-stick was shot and the floor was out of level, so we fixed it right with plywood before laying the new planks.

Clean finish, built to last.

Finished this one in Troy and ran it to open the space up instead of chopping it up room by room. Small detail, big difference.

Most people don’t even think about this when picking floors.
