🔨 Stucco remediation starts with repairing what’s underneath.
For this project, we had to remove the cinder block retaining wall to reach the rotted plywood sheathing, studs, and header joist. We replaced the damaged wood, installed new sheathing, and rebuilt the retaining wall, preparing it for a new stucco finish.

What a transformation! 🏡✨
We replaced the uneven old patches with repairs that match the original pebble stucco finish, painted all the stucco walls with fresh elastomeric paint, and repainted every window trim. New shutters on the front and back completed the look!

Winter is coming! ❄️ If your stucco chimney has been painted before, maintaining that paint helps keep water from soaking into the stucco. Removing mold and mildew, sealing hairline cracks, and applying fresh elastomeric paint help protect it from moisture as cold weather approaches. 🏡

This pebble stucco had previous patchwork that was improperly installed and didn’t match the existing finish. We removed the old repairs, properly prepared the areas, and are redoing everything the right way — with attention to detail and a close match to the original pebble stucco finish.

This chimney was in serious disrepair — deteriorated mortar joints, failing crown, and water intrusion risks. Full repointing and new concrete crown completed, and this chimney is now sealed up and protected for years to come.
