Instead, they just needed maintenance.

Seal the exposed nails. Tighten flashing. Address minor cracks.

That’s it.

If it truly needs replacement, we’ll let you know. If it doesn’t, we won’t.

Maintenance typically costs $200–$400, and we'll credit it toward the roof replacement if you choose to work with us later.
