⚠️ Be Careful Who You Trust With Your Commercial Roof.

Commercial roofing isn’t the same as residential roofing.

Every pe*******on, every seam, every fastener, and every repair matters.

Today we started another commercial roofing project, and before we even began, we found something that never should have happened.

One of the contractors who bid the project had performed core samples… and simply left the holes open without properly sealing them.

That means every time it rained, water had a direct path into the roofing system.

This is exactly why experience matters.

A core sample is a necessary part of evaluating many commercial roofs, but once it’s complete, it must be professionally sealed to restore the roof’s watertight integrity. Failing to do so can create leaks, trap moisture in the insulation, and lead to thousands of dollars in avoidable damage.

Commercial roofing is a specialty. It’s not something to learn on your customer’s building.

If you’re bidding a commercial roofing project, don’t just ask about price. Ask about experience, certifications, references, and who will actually be performing the work.

Wildfire smoke doesn’t stop at your front door.

Yesterday our team completed a commercial roof inspection in Fort Morgan, Colorado, where we documented significant functional hail damage to a metal roofing system.
