We’re looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable Accounting Assistant to support AP, AR, payroll, and general accounting operations. This role will primarily focus on Accounts Payable, with cross-training across departments to support month-end, special projects, and team coverage.

What You’ll Do:
Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and ACH/check runs
Support AR billing, cash posting, and collections
Assist with payroll processing and timesheet verification
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure GAAP compliance
Research and resolve discrepancies

What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (AP/AR required)
Sage experience preferred; strong Excel skills
High attention to detail and ability to adapt across departments
Construction industry experience a plus
High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred

EIU is seeking an experienced Safety Technician to support our industrial electrical construction projects in the Lebanon, Indiana area. If you are passionate about creating safe job sites, ensuring compliance, and partnering with field leadership to drive a strong safety culture — we want to hear from you.

Position Overview
The Safety Technician will work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure all safety standards, policies, and procedures are implemented and followed. This role is critical in maintaining compliance, reducing risk, and reinforcing a proactive, safety-first environment.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of safety experience, preferably in industrial or construction environments
OSHA certifications required (OSHA 30 at minimum; additional safety certifications preferred)
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations
Experience conducting site audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations
Ability to work directly with field teams and leadership to drive accountability
