With all of this recent rain, take a look into your crawlspaces and basements to see if water is coming in. Make sure your gutters and downspouts are clear of debris so rainwater can flow freely away from your home. This will help prevent water damage to your foundation and basement. Also consider installing a sump pump in your basement to drain water out and away from your home.

In this Cold Weather if you have a Kitchen Sink and or a Bathroom Sink on an outside Wall, please leave the Cabinets Doors open
If you have the old type outside Faucet pleas shut off the Valve inside going to the Faucet and open the Faucet.
If you have the newer type Anit-Siphon, Frost-Proof Faucet please disconnect the Hose from the Faucet or the outside portion could freeze due to the Water in the Hose.
