Last week we turned a storage shed into a laundry room/ craft space and put a sink on the outside with a wall mounted faucet. This was a fun project!

My youngest son is now almost grown. We are sending him off into adulthood with one last blast! This will be an excellent reward for all the hard work he has put into BHS Theater over the last 6 years.

Well, my baby is a SENIOR this year, and in June 2027, after that diploma is officially in his hands, the Havins are headed to NEW YORK CITY! 🍎🗽✈️ Around here, we believe milestones deserve to be celebrated, memories deserve to be MADE, and a little magick sprinkled onto a dream can go a long damn way. ✨

So, we’re going to make this senior year one for the books, celebrating all the lasts, soaking up every moment, and ending it with one BIG adventure,

What it was and what it is now. Workout room is complete and ready for equipment! Framed out the inside, had spray foam installed, cut in 3 windows, plywood on the walls and celing, paint, added 2 lights, new plugs and switches with a couple extra added in, and the rubber gym flooring. Starting tearoff today. Say good bye to the little gable! They will have a 26x14 back patio to enjoy after the reconstruction. Keep tuned in for the updates. Start the week off right and keep it tight. Happy Monday yall!

This bathroom got a major face-lift. The garden tub got traded out for a pantry. The interior was a total tear out. Floors, walls, and celing. Cedar walls in the pantry and cedar trim, accent wall, and closet doors that are custom made. A pocket door makes a huge difference on how your space functions. New floors for the laundry room/pantry/bathroom. Plenty of storage for all the goodies! What's your next project? Give me a call and have it built by the man in a kilt!

Progress! Total gut, got the plumbing switched around and laid the floor. Took out the celing, reinsulated the walls and celing, and put up the drywall on the ceiling today. It's coming together nicely.
