We’re proud to see Benchmark Construction included in this important conversation.

Mental health remains one of the construction industry’s most significant challenges, and creating healthier jobsites starts with open dialogue, awareness, and access to resources. Progress continues at Fellowship Community as the project begins to take shape.

Over the past several weeks, crews have worked to establish the building site, with the foundation base now coming together in preparation for upcoming footers and concrete slab work. At the same time, underground utility installations and site tie-ins are advancing to support the next phases of construction.

It's always exciting to reach the point where a project starts transitioning from sitework to building construction. With each milestone, the vision for the future community becomes a little easier to see.

We're looking forward to the next stage of progress as we move closer to bringing the structure out of the ground.

Progress continues in Hershey as crews work to bring another project out of the ground!

Recent activity on site has focused on excavation and site preparation, with dozers, excavators, and trucks working together to move material, establish grades, and prepare for the next phase of construction.

As the project advances, foundation work is now underway. Crews are installing rebar, setting formwork, and compacting the subgrade in preparation for upcoming concrete placements and the building slab.

Every project starts with a strong foundation, and it's exciting to see the transition from earthwork to vertical construction begin taking shape. Stay tuned for more progress as work continues.

Investing in the future of the construction industry goes beyond the jobsite.

Several members of our team recently participated in the Pennsylvania College of Technology Construction Management Scholarship Golf Outing, an event that helps provide scholarship opportunities for students pursuing careers in construction management and related fields.

Alex, Cody, Seth, Ethan, Alicia, Mason, Sammy, and James enjoyed a great day on the course while supporting the next generation of construction professionals. As our industry continues to face workforce challenges, events like this play an important role in developing future leaders and creating pathways into construction careers.

Thank you to Pennsylvania College of Technology for hosting another successful outing and for your continued commitment to construction education and workforce development.

Today is a milestone worth celebrating.

Benchmark Construction has earned a spot on Engineering News-Record's Top 400 Contractors list, ranking No. 388 for 2026.

This achievement stems from a goal the company set in 2015: sustain annual growth and earn a place among ENR's Top 400 Contractors. While the timeline evolved, the vision and commitment never wavered.

The construction industry has faced significant challenges in recent years, including the COVID-19 pandemic, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages and changing market conditions. Through it all, Benchmark remained focused on what matters most: its people, clients and relationships built on trust.

As President and CEO Robert Brandt III recently said, "I just want to continue to create more opportunity and expand the benefits we offer our employees so they're inspired and motivated to come to work every day."

We thank our employees, clients, trade partners and communities for helping make this achievement possible. This recognition belongs to all of you.
