We're hiring a Mechanic/Shop Manager!

If you can diagnose a problem, fix it right, and keep a shop running like a machine, we want to talk to you. You'll keep our trucks, mowers, skid steers, and heavy equipment road-ready so our crews never show up to a job without what they need.

What you'll be doing:
Diagnosing and repairing gas and diesel equipment, from hand tools to heavy machinery. Running routine maintenance so nothing breaks down mid-job. Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe. Logging the work so we always know what's been done and what's next.

- $22-$28/hour, negotiable based on experience
- Medical, vision, and dental
- Paid time off
- IRA match

CDL and apprenticeship experience are a plus, but not required.

Our accountant is retiring.

Lanracorp is looking for an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to join our team and take ownership of the financial and administrative side of our growing operation.

We’re looking for someone who can bring strong accounting experience, organization, and attention to detail while helping us continue to improve the systems and processes behind our business.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping Leadership
• Job Costing & Financial Reporting
• QuickBooks / ERP Management
• Process Improvement & Technology Adoption
• Financial Organization & Administrative Oversight

Experience in construction, utilities, vegetation management, or another project-based industry is a plus.

💰 $65,000–$75,000 depending on experience
