Our first Catalpa log milled and while I am not too sure what to make of the odor yet, the grain is beautiful and it milled extremely well! We will gladly take more of these!

The four headed monster was definitely a learning lesson 😄. Seemed like every cut presented a new obstacle but it was fun to give it a go. Nothing too spectacular for "full big" pieces but got a good sized stack of various thicknesses of small cuts all with spalting throughout like this one. Stay tuned for our special orders logs we started milling!
