Congratulations to Tony Labbe for being selected Employee of the Month for April! Tony is a long time employee/Foreman for the company who recently took an offer to become the next generation to run our paving crew. Paving isn't an easy job but can be very rewarding. Tony has taken this new position in stride and we are excited to see him take the reins. Thank you Tony!

Earlier this month we were fortunate enough to be able to send a select group of team members, and their spouses, to attend the ConExpo in Las Vegas. It was a blast to see and learn about all the new equipment and technology coming to our industry. We also got a chance to relax a bit and get to know each other a little better outside of work. Congratulations to Everett Hilton for being selected Employee of the Month for January! Everett has been a long time employee with a brief lapse when the construction company and quarry split. He returned to Ray Labbe & Sons a little over a year ago and we are so glad to have him back. Everett very often goes above and beyond for the company. He is also well respected among his coworkers, having a incredible wealth of knowledge that is hard to be matched. Thank you Everett!
