We are seeking an experienced Residential Concrete Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in:
-Managing multiple concrete crews
-Coordinating with suppliers
-Ensuring efficient project ex*****on
-Residential Concrete Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete operations on residential job sites, including scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.

**Responsibilities:**
-Manage multiple concrete crews and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
-Coordinate with suppliers to schedule and order concrete deliveries.
-Work closely with building inspectors and job supervisors to schedule and coordinate multiple job sites per day.
-Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
-Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality.
-Handle project documentation, including permits, schedules, and reports.
-Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.

**Requirements:**
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential concrete management.
-Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Ability to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
-Proficiency in project management software.
