Tips to avoid "Brown Friday" that could possibly cause an expensive service call.

Avoid putting certain foods and items down your sink/ garbage disposal.
Artichoke leaves,
Carrots,
Vegetable peels,
Celery (or any other fibrous vegetable),
Pineapple rinds,
Asparagus,
Coffee grounds,
Onion skin,
Egg shells,
Grease,
Plastics,
Paper.

Also while possibly an uncomfortable topic be sure your guests know not to put certain items down your toilets. It's best to have a bin handy and possibly leave a note as a reminder

Feminine products,
Disposable wipes,
Diapers,
Paper towels..

And remove small items and decorations from the back of your toilet. Kids especially love flushing these 😉

Here is a "before and after" photo of a recent combi boiler install we were fortunate enough to do. This one lochinvar Noble unit is a boiler for heating your home and an on demand tankless water heater packed into one small wall-hung unit. It's 95% efficient 199k btu unit with a 10-1 turn down modulating capability and outdoor reset. It will save these customers a considerable amount in gas usage over their old 80% efficient units and takes up less space.
