Happy Monday, Bryan & College Station and surrounding areas! We hope everyone has a great start to the week!

A small plumbing issue today could turn into a BIG water bill tomorrow!

Your plumbing system works hard every day and even the smallest changes can be signs of a hidden leak or a problem that needs attention.

🚨 Here are a few things to watch for:
🔹 An unexpected increase in your water bill
🔹 A toilet that keeps running or won’t stop filling
🔹 Leaking outdoor faucets (hose bibs)
🔹 Dripping faucets or pipes
🔹 Low water pressure or unusual changes in water flow

💡 Don’t ignore the little things! Catching a problem early can help prevent water waste, costly repairs and unnecessary stress.

📞 Notice something different? Give us a call! We’d be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.

Happy Wednesday from The Rocha Plumbing Team!

Hi everyone, this is Sandy! I wanted to remind everyone that now is a great time to take care of your routine plumbing maintenance before those colder winter temperatures arrive!

Don’t wait until you have a plumbing emergency. A little preventative maintenance now can help catch small problems before they turn into costly repairs later! 🛠️🏠

Here are a few things we recommend having checked before freezing temperatures arrive:

💧 Water heaters: Make sure your water heater is operating properly and getting the maintenance it needs.

🚰 Water lines: Have your water lines inspected for potential leaks or problems before the cold weather hits.

🌿 Outdoor plumbing: Check outdoor faucets and plumbing to help prevent issues when temperatures drop.

🔧 Shutoff valves: Make sure your main water shutoff and other valves are working properly. Knowing they work BEFORE an emergency can make a huge difference!

🔥 Tankless water heaters: Don’t forget about your annual flush and maintenance to help keep your system running efficiently.

Whether you have questions, need routine maintenance, or simply want to make sure your plumbing is ready for winter, The Rocha Plumbing Team is here to help!

📞 Call Rocha Plumbing at 979-279-9548 for your next plumbing needs!
