🪵 Another 300 Feet of Privacy Fence Installed in Bryant! 🏡💪

This project included a traditional 6' privacy fence, a double drive gate, and a single walk gate. While the finished product looks great, it's the details you don't always notice that make the biggest difference in how a fence holds up over time.

Here's what sets our fence installations apart:

🪵 300 Feet of Traditional Privacy Fence – Installed a beautiful 6' wooden privacy fence to provide security, separation, and a clean, polished appearance for the property.

🚪 Heavy-Duty 6x6 Gate Posts – One of the most common problems with wooden fences is sagging gates. That's why we use heavy-duty 6x6 posts instead of traditional 4x4 posts for our gate framing. These larger posts provide additional strength and rigidity to better support the weight of the gates over time.

🔩 Three Hinges Instead of Two – While many standard fence gates are installed using only two hinges, we use three heavy-duty hinges per gate leaf to provide additional support, distribute the load across more attachment points, and help reduce long-term sagging and alignment issues.

📐 Reinforced Gate Framing – Whenever the layout allows, we incorporate at least two posts along the latch side of our gates. This additional support helps stabilize the latch post and reduces the chances of it leaning toward the gate over time, which can cause binding, dragging, and difficulty opening or closing.

⚒️ Built With Longevity in Mind – We don't just throw fences up and move on to the next job. We pay attention to the structural details that can determine whether a fence performs well for years or starts having problems shortly after installation.

✨ Why does all of this matter?

A fence can look absolutely perfect on installation day, but the real test is how it holds up after years of opening gates, changing weather conditions, and everyday use.

Gate posts, hinges, framing, and proper support are some of the most important parts of a fence installation, yet they're often overlooked in favor of getting the job done faster or cheaper.

💪 At Lazer Property Services, we believe a quality fence should do more than look good on day one. It should be built with the future in mind.

We take pride in the details, even the ones most homeowners may never notice, because those are often the details that make the biggest difference!

🪨 Concrete Driveway & Landscape Transformation in Chenal! 🏡

We’re excited to share this recently completed project at a beautiful home in Chenal! The homeowner wanted to add a new roundabout driveway, and our team handled the project from start to finish — from permitting and excavation all the way through the final landscaping. 🛠️

🧱 Services Provided: Concrete, Hardscaping, Grading & Landscaping
🌟 Scope: Roundabout driveway, retaining wall, concrete steps, underground conduit, grading, topsoil & Zeon Zoysia sod

✨ Project Highlights:

🚜 Site Preparation: After completing the necessary city permitting and inspections, we excavated the new driveway area and installed a properly compacted base to prepare for concrete.

💡 Planning for the Future: Before pouring the driveway, we installed 2” conduit underneath the concrete for future sprinkler lines and landscape lighting. Taking care of these details beforehand makes future improvements much easier and prevents the need to bore underneath or cut into finished concrete later. We believe a quality project means thinking about what the property may need tomorrow — not just what it needs today.

🏡 Roundabout Driveway: We formed and poured the new concrete roundabout driveway and finished it with a clean broom finish.

🧱 Retaining Wall & Steps: Our team also installed a new concrete retaining wall along with concrete steps that tie into the home’s existing steps.

🌱 Finishing Touches: Once the concrete work was complete, we hauled in several loads of topsoil, graded the disturbed areas, and installed beautiful Zeon Zoysia sod to bring the entire project together.

👏 Huge thanks to our crew for their hard work and attention to detail throughout every phase of this project!

🌸 Complete Flower Bed Transformation! 🌿✨

This flower bed had become severely overgrown and difficult to maintain, so we completely transformed the space into a clean, colorful, low-maintenance landscape the homeowner can enjoy for years to come.

Here’s what we did:

🪵 Removed Overgrown Shrubs – Cleared out the old, overcrowded landscaping that had taken over the bed and lost its original shape and beauty.

🪨 Installed a Mortared Chop Stone Border – Added a custom mortared stone border to give the flower bed a clean, defined edge with a timeless natural look.

🌺 All-New Plant Installation – Installed a beautiful combination of:
✨ Drift Roses
✨ Encore Azaleas
✨ Vitex Trees

These plants were selected to provide long-lasting color, texture, and a cleaner appearance while staying relatively low maintenance.

💧 New Drainage Installation – Installed updated drainage to help properly manage water flow and protect the health of the new landscape.

🍂 Fresh Mulch Finish – Topped everything off with fresh mulch for a polished appearance while helping retain moisture and suppress weeds.

✨ The end result completely changed the look of this property—taking an overgrown mess and turning it into a vibrant, elegant, easy-to-maintain flower bed packed with color and curb appeal.

🏡 Wrought Iron + Privacy Fence + Retaining Wall Extension! ✨🌲

This project completely transformed the look and functionality of this backyard while preserving one of the homeowner’s favorite features—the beautiful wooded view behind the property.

The goal was to create privacy and security where needed without making the backyard feel closed in, and the final result came together seamlessly.

Here’s what we accomplished:

🧱 Retaining Wall Extension – Extended the existing retaining wall to tie perfectly into the new fence system, creating a clean and cohesive transition throughout the backyard.

⬛ Wrought Iron Fence Installation – Installed wrought iron fencing along the rear of the property and across the top of the retaining wall to preserve the open wooded view while still providing security and definition to the space.

🪵 Privacy Fence Installation – Added privacy fencing along the neighboring low-elevation property line to create separation, increase privacy, and make the outdoor living area feel more secluded and comfortable.

⚒️ All-Steel Privacy Fence Posts – Upgraded the privacy fence section with steel posts set for maximum durability and longevity. Unlike traditional wood posts, steel posts will not rot underground and provide significantly more long-term strength and stability.

🚪 3 Walk Gates Installed
✔️ Rear Wrought Iron Walk Gate
✔️ Front Wrought Iron Walk Gate
✔️ Front Privacy Fence Walk Gate

🌲 One of the biggest advantages of combining wrought iron with privacy fencing is the ability to customize the layout around how the property is actually used.

The wrought iron sections keep the backyard visually open and connected to the surrounding woods, especially along the retaining wall and elevated areas where visibility and airflow make a huge difference. Meanwhile, the privacy fence sections provide seclusion and comfort where neighboring sightlines matter most.

✨ The transitions between the retaining wall, wrought iron fencing, and privacy fence sections came together beautifully, giving the entire backyard a clean, intentional, high-end appearance from every angle.

💪 Built for function. Designed for the property. Installed to last.

🏡 Privacy Fence + Farm Style Fence Combination! 🌿✨

This project gave the homeowner the best of both worlds—privacy where it matters most while still preserving the beautiful pond view behind the property.

Instead of boxing the entire backyard in with solid privacy fencing, we designed a layout that keeps the property feeling open and natural while still providing security and functionality.

Here’s what we installed:

🪵 350 Feet of Privacy Fence – Installed along the sides and neighboring property lines to create privacy, separation, security, and a more secluded outdoor living space.

🌾 250 Feet of X-Cross Farm Style Fence – Installed along the rear of the property to maintain the open pond view while still safely enclosing the yard.

⬛ Black Vinyl-Coated Wire Mesh – Integrated into the farm fence design to provide containment for pets and children while visually blending into the background from a distance.

🚪 Custom Gates Throughout the Property
✔️ 3 Walk Gates
✔️ 2 Drive Gates
✔️ 1 Custom Double Walk Gate in the Farm Fence Section

✨ One of the biggest advantages of this style of fencing is how it preserves scenery and openness while still creating a secure fenced-in space. The rear fence almost disappears visually from a distance, allowing the pond, trees, and surrounding landscape to remain the focal point of the backyard.

⚒️ This combination layout is one of our favorite options for properties with ponds, wooded views, pastures, or larger open spaces because it creates a clean transition between privacy and openness instead of making the property feel closed in.

💪 Functional, beautiful, and built to last.

🌿 Simple Upgrade — Huge Difference! ✨🏡

Sometimes the smaller projects make the biggest visual impact, and this one completely freshened up the front of this home with a clean, upgraded landscape edge and a little attention to detail.

Here’s what we did:

🪨 Upgraded the Landscape Edging – Removed the basic builder-grade metal edging and replaced it with Pavestone Terrain Tiered Block edging for a much cleaner, more polished appearance.

📐 Defined Flower Bed Lines – The new block edging creates stronger definition between the lawn and landscape beds while adding texture, depth, and curb appeal to the property.

✂️ Shrub Trimming & Cleanup – Trimmed and shaped the existing shrubs to restore a neat, maintained appearance.

⬛ Fresh Black Mulch Installation – Added fresh black mulch to tie everything together and give the landscape a crisp, finished look.

✨ It’s amazing how a few simple upgrades can completely transform the appearance of a home and make the landscaping stand out. The new edging alone changed the entire feel of this flower bed.

💪 Clean. Simple. Professional.

Another drainage nightmare fixed the right way. 💪

This shop was dealing with multiple water issues caused by a failing builder-grade concrete slab that simply wasn’t installed with enough fall. During heavy rain, surface water would collect against the building and make its way directly into the shop.

To solve the problem permanently, we completely removed the existing slab and started from the ground up.

✔️ Installed a brand new concrete patio with a proper 3” fall away from the structure
✔️ Added a 20-foot commercial channel drain across the front of the shop to capture and redirect all surface water before it ever has a chance to enter the building
✔️ Installed a full French drain system across the front of the concrete to address groundwater and subsurface saturation
✔️ Identified an underground water flow path running through the property and installed a French drain system designed to intercept, carry, and reroute that underground water before it could saturate the area around the shop

This project wasn’t just about pouring concrete — it was about engineering a complete drainage solution that protects the structure long-term and eliminates both surface water and groundwater problems.

The end result is a clean new patio, proper water management, and a system designed to perform during Arkansas downpours for years to come. 🌧️➡️

Check out the before picture, the french drain progress picture, and the final product photos.

At Lazer Property Services, we don’t believe in shortcuts — especially when water is involved.

🏡 Custom Fence Install with Privacy + View! 🌿

We just wrapped up a great fencing project that balances privacy where it matters and open views where you want them 👇

✨ What We Installed:
🔨 Privacy Fence (Front & Sides) – Gives the homeowner full privacy from the road and neighbors, creating a secure and secluded feel around the main living areas.
🌾 Farm-Style Fence (Rear of Property) – Installed along the back side using black vinyl-coated wire mesh to keep things contained without blocking the view.
🌲 Preserved Backyard Views – The open design allows a clear sightline into the woods behind the property, keeping that natural, peaceful setting intact.

This is one of our favorite setups—privacy where you need it, openness where you want it. It keeps the yard functional, secure, and still connected to the surroundings.
