We recently upgraded the electrical service to a building for one of our commercial customers in Springdale, AR.
They had a 200 amp 120/240 volt single phase service. We designed and installed a 625 amp 120/208 volt 3 phase service and panel boards, with the appropriations to expand to 850 amps in the future. We were able to complete this project without causing any downtime for our customer.

We got called out with KT Electric to fix a piece of equipment that two other electricians had tried to repair but failed. Through troubleshooting we were able to locate 3 incorrectly terminated wires, one of which was the control (-) for half the machine. During troubleshooting, we also discovered and prevented a potential future issue.

We got to do something that we think is extra cool this week! We custom built and installed this light fixture, including the grain matched woodwork. It is highly figured American black walnut from right here in Arkansas, the same material that the table it is over is made from.
