Welcome to our Bascon page! 👋🏻

BASCON General Contractors was formed out of a passion I have for construction and working closely with clients to build relationships while serving the construction needs of my clients.

After a lifetime of working in residential construction, I saw the need for commercial construction from my clients. I am proud to announce that we now offer commercial building services through our company, BASCON General Contractors, LLC to our clients, devoting the same attention as we always have to account for our client’s needs and wants and also developing a close working relationship to achieve the goals of our clients.

I have a devoted team that has successfully completed several projects including Medical facilities, restaurants, warehouses, Climate controlled facilities, and a hair salon. Currently, we are working on several medical facilities and we are ready and looking forward to the next opportunities.

BASCON General Contractors was formed out of a passion I have for construction and working close with clients to build relationships while serving the construction needs of my clients.

After attending the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management, I formed and built a very successful residential construction company that I own and operate here locally in Bryant, AR called Schrader Homes, LLC.

After a lifetime of working in residential construction, I saw the need for commercial construction from my clients. I am proud to announce that we now offer commercial building services through our company, BASCON General Contractors, LLC to our clients, devoting the same attention as we always have to account for our client’s needs and wants and also developing a close working relationship to achieve the goals of our clients.

In 2018, when Bascon General Contractors, LLC was launched, my team and I immediately went to work. I have a devoted team that has successfully completed several projects including: Medical facilities, restaurant, warehouses, Climate controlled facility, and a hair salon.
