PSA… Before hiring anyone that claims to be a licensed electrician, plumber, or HVAC contractor please verify their state license at https://verify.sos.ga.gov/verification/Search.aspx and ask for a certificate of insurance to make sure your property is covered. Anyone claiming to be a handyman that can perform electrical work is only allowed, by the state of Georgia, to install light fixtures or replace receptacles or switches. They are not legally allowed to install any new wiring. So many of these handyman are around here saying they are licensed when a simple license verification search shows they are not. Protect yourself and your property and only hire someone with a verifiable license.

Just a little 30,000 gallon propane tank pump motor install for Hank LP Hill @ Treadwell Gas. Motor company sent the wrong phase motor so we ended up installing a VFD to run the motor and a separate start/stop switch with emergency shut off. All ran in rigid conduit with seal offs for explosive areas.

Parking lot retrofit is complete. A total of 60 pole light heads and 12 building wall packs were retrofitted to LED. But between supply issues, broken rental lift, days with high heat winds and rain, tenants refusing to give us access to light controls in their rented space, and people using the parking lot for a drag strip and driving school made this a Gremlin Job. Proud that is over and off to the next adventure!
