- The ground temperature at a depth of 5 to 6 feet remains consistently around 52°F.
- Cell phone service will not be interrupted while you are in your shelter; if you have service above ground, you will also maintain service below ground.
- Our fiberglass shelters are designed to resist cracking, denting, bowing, rusting, or deteriorating.
- You will never be trapped inside or outside your shelter. Upon purchasing one of our units, you will receive detailed information on how to access the shelter if the door is locked (for instance, if a child accidentally locks themselves in) and how to exit if debris obstructs the door during a storm.
- With your purchase, you will receive an information packet that includes guidance on preparing your property for severe weather, as well as instructions on what to do during and immediately after a tornado.
- Our shelters are proudly manufactured right here in Paducah!
- Each shelter comes with a five-year warranty (one year for self-installed units).
