Broke Ground Today in Surprise! 🚧

We started excavation and underground prep work for this new backyard project:
• Trenching for electrical line for a future spa
• Installing a French drain line running from the backyard to the front yard for proper drainage
• Completing all underground prep work to get ready for porcelain paver installation

This is the foundation stage before the transformation begins — stay tuned for the porcelain pavers install coming next!

HUGE progress today at our Waddell project 💪🧱🔥
Most of our cap concrete pours are DONE, forms are off, and we already started adding stucco to the wall!

Next steps:
➡️ Set 28”x28” caps on the columns
➡️ Frame + pour custom caps for the rest

🚧 Project Update This Morning! 🌿➡️🪨

We kicked off the day by removing unwanted grass areas, tearing out old concrete curbing, and demoing some flagstone steps to create a clean slate for a brand-new landscape transformation.

Next up:
✅ Installing fresh new concrete curbing
✅ Extending the rock area
✅ Bringing in approximately 60 tons of decorative rock
