40+ years abandoned… and this secluded camp is finally coming back to life. 🤩

What started as an overgrown driveway that was no more than a goat-path turned into a full property recovery project — hazard tree removals, debris cleanup, and reclaiming access to a place that had been forgotten for decades. 🌲🪓

A lot of hard work went into making this property safe and usable again, but seeing the transformation made it all worth it. 🌲🪵

🏕️ Hazard Pine Removal at a Camp Renovation

This pine was flagged as a hazard during a camp renovation after we found signs of carpenter ant activity at the base and a significant lean directly over the camp. With the tree's condition in question, taking chances wasn't an option.

Every piece was carefully rigged and lowered in a controlled manner to protect the camp and surrounding property. Slow, methodical work is what keeps these removals safe when there's no room for error.

If you have trees showing signs of decay, insect damage, or heavy lean near structures, it's worth having them evaluated before they become a bigger problem.

Rainy day removals always add another level of difficulty. This elm had grown completely horizontal, dangled through a nearby maple, and stretched right over the customer's raised garden beds - leaving no room for mistakes.

Slow and steady wins the race when it comes to technical climbs like this one!
