This property was suffering from water standing and running against the homes foundation. A ditch line and regrading of the driveway was in order to divert the runoff away from the home. Lastly, the parking area was sloped away from the home to aid in keeping any surface water away from the foundation.

Emergency water service line replacement for a local customer who had a substantial leak. Even at a reduced leak rate from the PSD that water bill can add up fast! Incidentally dug up a large rock the customer wanted to save for their landscaping which worked out well for both of us!
