Chasing Goals is what we are after-

2026 Goal- 10 Metal Roof Projects

Currently- we are at 8 this year with a few more on the books that are schedule for completion in the next month.

I thought 50 roof projects was a lot when I made that goal in 2025 and we only did 3 metal roof replacements. So I decided to challenge myself and see what we could do.

10 Standing Seam/Metal Panel/Aluminum Shingle projects is still our goal- wish us luck the rest of the year.

Thankful for the crews that show up everyday working towards this goal, the suppliers who help with material, the behind the scene works, and the customers that allow us to work on their homes and projects.

Decking so good- my daughter had to see it and put her eyes on it to make sure it passed the final inspection.

What do we have here?

Improper ventilation on this custom home in Enumclaw, WA.

We are changing out all the plywood- replacing with 1/2” CDX and installing ice and water underlayment. Adjusting airflow and the “exhaust” section of the ventilation issue with this roof to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.

Ventilation in your attic space is one of our main concerns- we were able to address this issue during an attic inspection pre job start during the discovery phase. Thankful to have that as part of our process so that our customer isn’t hit with a massive unforeseen change order and extra cost during the project.

Plywood replacement for this project includes 200 sheets of plywood, our largest sheeting replacement to date.
