Standard Solutions Construction Services is looking forward to this next adventure!
It will be an ongoing project for about 12-18 months. About 40,000sq ft needs to be remodeled. This is an extremely old building in Tacoma with beautiful history behind it. We take great pride in our work and we are excited to tackle this opportunity head on!

Beginning, Middle, and End!
This was a fun project! We're removed the retaining wall and pushed it back almost 3ft and prepared the area for a nice new brick wall to be installed. We cut out the area to the left of the backyard to have pavers. They plan to build a large deck from the sliding door all the way out to the new pavers section. We built up the rear property line to help reinforce the fence and give the garden a better look and shape. Then exported about 50 yards of dirt, and raked it out to have a nice finished look. The homeowners were extremely happy and even gave us some very thoughtful surprise gifts!

After and Before!
What an incredible transformation so far! We have been working hard on this one from Thursday afternoon to Sunday evening! I am beyond grateful for the team this weekend putting in the overtime to make this project come together. Now we just need to export the rest of the dirt, tidy up a little more, then import new topsoil and gravel.
This has been a fun one and the homeowners have been amazing to work with!

After and Before!
We ripped out the old driveway and sod to replace it with fresh gravel. We used 1 1/4 Minus as a base with 5/8 Minus to top it off. We worked within the budget and in a couple months, we will be back to spreading some more gravel. The Client was very happy to have a roundabout driveway and plenty of parking for their family vehicles and trailers for business.
