Public service announcement: for those looking to do Construction on your home or business and need it done “yesterday”, or “in a week or two” are not in for a fun summer. This economy is red hot and anybody good is likely booking into fall and into 2019. If you’re looking for exterior work, a general rule of thumb is start looking in the off season (fall/winter) to prepare for getting a contractor lined up on their schedule. So, that would mean that interior work for your kitchen remodel or bathroom before thanksgiving would be great to plan on now. Things will change I’m sure, but right now the best plan is to plan in advance!
