We always stain and finish our own doors & trim.
Occasionally we'll finish trim for other contractors.
These doors and trim are for another local builder.
The doors are stained black with beautiful coffee color stained jams, casing and base.
It all has 3 coats of Sherwin Williams catalyzed lacquer finish.

Did you say windows? Yes, we install new windows.
This customer had us remove the entire window and interior trim.
We then installed new construction windows along with all new white interior and exterior trim.
While the windows were out he painted just around the window opening before we installed the trim. Now when he paints the room there is a little less to cut in. A good idea

We just wrapped up foaming this beautiful barn-dominium. The walls have 2" of SWD Quickshield, Yeti closed cell foam.

Some before & after pictures of a master bathroom that we renovated. We removed the old jetted tub & tile shower. Rearranged the shower layout so that a shower door isn't needed. We always try to eliminate a shower door if there is enough room.
It now looks great & more inviting. The colors are beautiful.
The tile work was done by Appleby Custom Tile.
