LKG is seeking to hire individuals who are highly motivated and hard-working to join our team. This position is open for those at any skill level. Individuals selected will be performing commercial waterproofing and restoration labor duties, as detailed below.

Individual Requirements:
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Can lift 50+ lbs. repetitively.
• Available to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends when needed.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a clean background - No felony convictions.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a physical exam.
• A personal truck is preferred for the position.
• Ability to work at heights off elevated platforms, mechanical lifts, and ladders.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop often.

Duties:
• General Labor
• Pressure Washing
• Masonry
• Painting
• Demo & Clean-up

Job location
Multiple locations in the Austin area.

Schedule:
10-hour shift, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime, Weekends

Compensation: Hourly, based on experience.

• The working environment is a smoke-free area.
• Paid weekly.
• Paid 1-week vacation after 1 year.
