Deer hunters play poker at deer camp near Leakey, 1973. So classic! The bottle of Ezra Brooks, the pistols, the letterman's jacket, the plastic Budweiser cups on the table ... too much. These guys are ready for anything! I wonder if any lies were ever told or stories exaggerated around this table. I posted this on Twitter and one of my readers wrote:

It's the second week of deer camp
And all the guys are here
We drink, play cards and shoot the bull
But never shoot no deer
The only time we leave the camp
Is when we go for beer
The second week of deer camp
Is the greatest time of year!
