Week 6 at Cotton Gateway and the entrance sign is now in place! 😁 The structure and masonry are pretty much wrapped up, and you can finally see the presence it’s going to have coming into the property.

Next step is the landscape work around it. 🌳🌳That’s what will finish it off and tie everything together.

But this is a big milestone. The identity of the entrance is complete!

Week 5 out at Cotton Gateway in Maxwell, TX 🔥

This thing is starting to look GOOD 👀

Block is up, brick is going on, and you can finally see the entrance monument take shape. Columns are getting wrapped and the details are coming together nicely.

Still work to do, but this is the fun part right here. We’ll keep pushing and keep sharing progress as it comes together 💪

🚧 Week 4 at Cotton Gateway🚧 We’re excited to see the monument at the entrance of Cotton Gateway continuing to move forward in Maxwell!

This week, the crew started stacking the cement blocks that form the main structure of the monument while work continues along the stone base in front. 🏗️

It’s always a great moment in a project when the walls start going up and you can really see the scale of what’s being built. This entrance is going to be a great addition to the Maxwell community, and we’re proud to be part of it.

Week 3 progress at the Cotton Gateway community entrance. 💪

The crew installed natural stone along the face of the structural concrete wall that forms the foundation of the entrance feature. Each piece was carefully placed to create a strong and natural looking finish that will welcome residents and visitors into the community.

You can also see the stone being installed along the top of the wall as the structure starts to take its final shape.

Excited to see this entrance starting to come together. More progress updates coming soon.

Week 2 of the Cotton Gateway monument installation.

The foundation is set. We’re now building and bracing the wall forms for the vertical concrete pour. Each panel is aligned and reinforced to prevent movement under pressure.

You’ll also see rebar dowels extending from the footing. These tie the walls into the foundation so the structure acts as one solid unit.

Next step: reinforcing and preparing for the wall pour. Stay tuned.

This phase included excavation, forming, steel rebar reinforcement, and pouring the concrete foundation that will support the monument structure.
