Location: Based in Mount Olive, NJ (Projects within a 30-minute radius)

About the Position
MJ Construction is seeking a skilled, reliable carpenter to join our team. We specialize in residential remodeling and commercial work, and we are looking for someone who can deliver high-quality craftsmanship with minimal supervision.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in home-remodeling carpentry
• Strong competency in:
• Kitchen and bathroom renovations
• Window and door installation
• Deck construction
• Framing
• General residential carpentry tasks
• Ability to complete commercial projects as needed
• Fluent English required; Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Must have legal work authorization, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
• Able to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards

Compensation
• Pay is based on experience - $25-$35 per hour
