Wrapping up this house addition with rear partial covered porch/deck and detached garage. Painters starting Monday to paint entire house/ garage and stain the mahogany porch boards. We added a 2nd floor dormer to enlarge the master bedroom and bumped out the 1st floor to enlarge the kitchen and make this outdoor living space with covered rear porch/deck. This whole house has no composite material anywhere from the custom wood columns, cedar plank siding, mahogany porch board, to wood lattice panels.
